Doctor Leopold Luque, who treated the late Diego Maradona, was accused of forging the signatures of the legendary Argentine football player. He allegedly forged a signature on some important documents.


      According to the daily Corriere dello Sport, documents with a false Maradon's signature were found by law enforcement agencies during a search of a doctor's office and a house. The forgeries were confirmed by calligraphic examination. The results of the expert opinion have already been received by the San Isidro Prosecutor's Office, which is investigating the death of Maradon. The former successful footballer died on November 25, the official cause of death was cardiac arrest.
