It seems more and more realistic now – Thiago Alcantara could truly leave Bayern Munich this summer as he is set to make a move to England. Several clubs are monitoring the current situation of the Spanish midfielder, but champions of England are in pole position.
Liverpool want to sign Thiago Alcantara and improve their midfield following Premier League crowning and for that they would probably have to pay 30 million euros. At least that is what Sport Bild are claiming in their latest report. That is the amount of money Bayern will want to get for the 29-year-old star.
And to be completely clear, Thiago has been offered a new deal at Bayern. However, the player will first try to move elsewhere, as he has made it clear that he would prefer to undertake a new challenge away from Bundesliga and Germany. Man United are also monitoring the situation but are not thought of as someone making a real push for the Spaniard.
