Marco Reus hopes to restart the Bundesliga soon. The captain believes that due to the slowdown in the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, the German league could start during May. Captain Dortmund used the interruption of the season to heal the old betrayals he suffered in early February. According to him, he is ready to play football again in full force.

"I conscientiously rehabilitated and prepared to renew the season. The pandemic suspended all sporting events, but it gave me time to get together and heal old injuries. Within two weeks, I should be in maximum shape and 100% ready for matches. I hope that the league will report again at that time, "said the 30-year-old midfielder. The final decision to restart the league should be made on Wednesday.
Nine laps remain to be completed in the Bundesliga. Currently, Bayern Munich is at the top of the table with a lead of only four points over Borussia Dortmun. The Black and Yellows were not so lucky in the Champions League, where they were eliminated in the eight-final fight against the Paris SG before the outbreak of the pandemic.
