LONDON - Arsenal football coach London Unai Emery does not include Captain Granit Xhaku on Saturday's league match with Wolverhampton Wanderers. The Swiss midfielder ran into conflict with fans last week.

Xhaka missed Wednesday's Liverpool Cup duel and voices were heard to lose the captain's tape. "He apologizes and regrets it. But he won't play on Saturday. We need a 100% focus on the match, so now I'm not thinking about its inclusion," AFP quoted Emery.

27-year-old Switzerland is not a favorite of Arsenal fans. Negative relationship escalated last week in a meeting with Crystal Palece (2: 2). After substituting, Xhaka responded to the mooing from the stands with a vulgar comment and a provocative gesture. The club offered him a course to deal with conflict situations.
