Frank Lampard is no longer the coach of Chelsea London footballers after he was removed from office by the management of the English club on Monday. According to foreign media, his successor should be the German Thomas Tuchel, who recently ended his work on the bench of Paris St. Germain. He could lead the team in Wednesday's league match against Wolverhampton Wanderers.

"It was a difficult decision for the whole club. I had a perfect, direct relationship with Frank. He has my great respect and admiration. I wish him a lot of success in the future," said the owner of the London club Roman Abramovič.

The last match as coach of Chelsea was completed by Lampard on Sunday in the 16-final of the FA Cup against Luton Town, in which the favorite won 3: 1. In the Premier League, however, the team under his leadership has failed in recent weeks, after a series of bad results, it dropped to 9th place in the table.
