(Reading time: 1 minute)

The Disciplinary Committee of the Italian Football Federation has launched an investigation into the incident in the quarterfinal match of the Italian Cup between Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Romelu Lukau. The incident happened in the first half of the duel AC Milan - Inter Milan and both players earned a yellow card. DK prosecutor Giuseppe Chine was the first to hear Paolo Valeri, the main referee of the duel.

The conflict brought both actors a stop sign for the next cup match, but not for the act itself, but as a result of card penalties. While AC Milan striker Ibrahimovič saw a red card after the second yellow card after the change of sides, his opponent from Inter Milan reached the maximum number of yellow penalties.
