Argentine football coach Marcelo Bielsa testified before a French court on Friday if he was released by the Ligue 1 OSC Lille team. Currently, the Leeds United coach spent six months in a northern French city before being recalled in December 2017 for official misconduct.
Bielsa said in a video call that he had been harassed at the club. He seeks compensation of EUR 19 million and to pay the amount resulting from the original two-year contract. The club called Biels' statements completely unfounded. The verdict should be handed down by the court on July 2, the AP agency informed.
