Ronaldo to leave Juve for PSG

Cristiano Ronaldo’s future has been of much speculation, especially after Juventus’ poor finish to the Serie A season under Andrea Pirlo.

Spanish outlet AS have claimed that PSG are already in contact with the forward and Ronaldo has welcomed the departure from Turin to move to the French capital.

His wish is to leave Juventus , a team he joined in 2018 and, although there are still several avenues open, in the last hours the possibility of ending up in France has gained strength . As this newspaper has learned, PSG has already started contacts with the forward’s environment so that next year he plays in Paris , a movement that Cristiano welcomes.

Also stating that Allegri, ‘does not have the continuity of CR7 on his list of priorities.’

Ronaldo has been very vocal about his challenge of dominating leagues across Europe.

Recently posting to his Instagram page his achievements across nations. A clear show of intent to crown himself as the greatest of all time.

“I’m very proud with this fact that has been widely replicated in recent days: Champion in England, Spain and Italy; Cup winner in England, Spain and Italy; Super Cup winner in England, Spain and Italy; Best Player in England, Spain and Italy; Best Scorer in England, Spain and Italy; Over 100 goals for a club in England, Spain and Italy,” he wrote.

“Nothing compares to the feeling of knowing that I’ve left my mark in the countries where I’ve played, and that I gave joy to the fans of the clubs I represented.”

Moving to PSG would be a brand new challenge and opportunity to win new trophies. He could also set himself the target of trying to help the club win their coveted Champions League crown for the very first time.

Ancelotti has his say

One of the destinations previously touted was a return to Real Madrid.

It was seemingly not a very likely one although new head coach Carlo Ancelotti, who helped Ronaldo win his first of 4 UCL titles with Los Blancos, did speak openly about the Portuguese.

“I’ve a great relationship with Cristiano Ronaldo , I love him… but it’s not correct to talk about Cristiano as he’s under contract with Juventus,” he said.

“Eden Hazard? He’s a top player, he’ll show his skills. Hazard and Bale can be so important for us”. ⚪️
