Italian newspaper La Gazette dello Sport are reporting that AC Milan and goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma are still some way apart on contract negotiations.
Donnarumma’s contract expires in just two months time and he has an offer of £133,000 a week wages but is yet to sign the proposed agreement.
AC Milan legend Paolo Maldini, the club’s technical director was asked about the situation and said “It’s a choice. Many times it has given satisfaction, other times it has not, so it is something absolutely personal. To make a deal, two of you need to be happy.”
The lack of a resolution to the contract situation has opened the door for Chelsea according to reports in numerous publications today.

Whilst Chelsea seemed to solve their goalkeeping issues when Edouard Mendy was brought in to add competition to Kepa Arrizabalaga, the chance to sign a goal keeper of the calibre of Donnarumma on a free transfer may be too good to turn down.

The Daily Express have reported that Chelsea have earmarked three players that they would be prepared to offer to West Ham as part of any deal for England International Declan Rice.
The three players are said to be striker Tammy Abraham, midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek and defender Andreas
Whilst Loftus-Cheek is on loan at Fulham, Abraham seems to be down the pecking order at Chelsea, but Christensen has played a vital part in Chelsea’s resurgence under Tuchel and it would be seen as a strange move to make, especially given the age to Thiago Silva.
