Manchester United vs Granada

Manchester United are back in Europa League action in around 24 hours’ time.

The Red Devils are set to play host to Granada in the second of two quarter-final ties.

United hold the advantage ahead of Thursday’s meeting after picking up a 2-0 win during their away leg last week thanks to strikes from Marcus Rashford and Bruno Fernandes.

So, with Granada a fairly average side currently sat 8th in La Liga, it is hard to see them overturning their two-goal deficit against the Red Devils.

Man United to be without Harry Maguire & Eric Bailly to face Granada

Bailly out of Granada clash

It is probably not going to be too comfortable of a tie for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and co. at Old Trafford, however, as they will have to take on the Spaniards without both Harry Maguire and Luke Shaw as the duo are suspended after picking up yellow cards in the previous leg.

With Shaw and Maguire absent, Man United have announced on Wednesday that 18-year-old central defender Will Fish has been added to their Europa League squad ahead of tomorrow’s game:

Elsewhere, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer confirmed that Eric Bailly is unavailable to face Granada:

“Eric is not available for tomorrow no. He has travelled back, yeah.”

With Maguire suspended and Bailly unavailable, Axel Tuanzebe looks to be handed a rare start alongside Victor Lindelof:

“Axel has always been a very positive and hard working boy. “Victor and Harry have formed a very good partnership, his chances have been limited. He is ready for this opportunity. “I don’t think (abuse) affected him.”
