Leeds United boss Marcelo Bielsa this afternoon provided a fitness update on his squad, ahead of their upcoming showdown with Liverpool.
Bielsa and co. are set to return to action next Monday.
The Whites will welcome champions Liverpool to Elland Road, for a highly anticipated Premier League clash.
Leeds will of course head into proceedings brimming with confidence, having managed their latest impressive scalp, amid an altogether superb campaign, last time out.
A trip to the Etihad to face Manchester City eventually saw the Yorkshire outfit, despite being reduced to 10 men in the first-half, emerge on the right side of a 2-1 scoreline.

Liverpool, though, will no doubt be desperate to put an end to Leeds’ fine recent spell of form.
This comes with Jurgen Klopp’s men having been ousted from the Champions League by Real Madrid on Wednesday, and therefore aware that a top-4 finish represents the club’s only shot at securing top-level European football once again next season.
Raphinha a doubt
As such, Marcelo Bielsa will be keen to have as many of his key performers as possible at his disposal early next week.
And, as outlined above, on Thursday, the Leeds boss has provided an update on some of those to have emerged as doubts for the clash.
Speaking in a press conference, Bielsa first confirmed that Raphinha’s participation looks altogether up in the air, after the Brazilian was forced off late in the club’s win at Man City last time out.
Fellow attacker Rodrigo, meanwhile, remains sidelined, as the Spaniard continues his efforts to recover from a muscular problem:
From Bielsa’s presser – Raphinha is a doubt for the Liverpool game with the knock sustained at City. Rodrigo is still recovering from a muscular problem.
Forshaw did well in the bounce game last weekend and is lined up to play for the U23s against Aston Villa tomorrow. #lufc
