Images of the jersey set to be sported by Spanish champions Real Madrid during home fixtures next season have been forthcoming online on Tuesday.

Real’s latest look

The kits donned by Los Blancos at the Bernabeu of course rarely change all that much, year on year.

This comes with the La Liga champions having long remained faithful to their classic white base, accompanied by one of either black, navy or blue, on the collar and sleeves.

And, if the first leaked images of next season’s predicted jersey are anything to go by, then such a trend looks set to continue in the Spanish capital over the coming 12 months+.

As revealed by the reliable Footy Headlines, Zinedine Zidane’s men will again sport a white home jersey, with Adidas’ trademark stripes, in blue, to feature on the sleeves.

Blue piping will also be used around the collar, albeit accompanied by orange.

There will, however, be one significant change to Real’s upcoming look.

This comes in the form of a subtle spiral design across the entirety of the shirt, inspired by the Plaza de Cibeles. This is the area in which Los Merengues’ players and fans come together to celebrate title victories.

A small Plaza-based badge will also be included on the upper back, as the La Liga giants remind the club’s supporters of some of their shared glories of years gone by.

Liverpool showdown

Whilst Los Blancos’ fresh look takes centre stage on Tuesday, tomorrow night, Zidane and co. will of course turn their attentions very much back towards matters on the pitch.

This comes with Real set to make the trip to Anfield, for a crunch Champions League quarter-final showdown with Liverpool.

Wednesday’s visitors boast the advantage as things stand, after a Vinicius Jr. brace, either side of Marco Asensio’s strike, in last week’s first-leg.

Liverpool, though, will hold out hope of another miraculous European turnaround, having bagged a potentially crucial away goal through Mohamed Salah.
