European Super League joins Twitter

The European Super League was of course officially announced by the 12 participating clubs late on Sunday evening.

Despite only being announced days ago, Florentino Perez confirmed that he would like to start the competition in August if possible:

“If we can start the Super League in August, we would do it.

“We will do our best to start this year. We want to reach an agreement with UEFA and the other parties involved. We will talk with UEFA, FIFA and not only.”

Now, on Tuesday, the European Super League have set up their official Twitter accounts.

The Super League have so far already set up a number of accounts that will provide coverage in English, French, Italian, Spanish, Turkish and more.
