(Reading time: 1 - 2 minutes)

Copenhagen, June 12 (SportJudges) - Saturday's European Championship match between Danish and Finnish footballers in Copenhagen was interrupted at the end of the first half after the collapse of home player Christian Eriksen. Rescuers revived him on the field and transported him to the hospital after about fifteen minutes. The 27-year-old midfielder dropped out when the ball was aimed at him after a car throw-in. The teammates immediately called for medical help, and later Eriksen's wife came down on the lawn, comforted by Captain Simon Kjaer and goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel. The Danes formed a wall around Eriksen, and after he was taken away, they headed for the locker room just like the Finnish players and the referees in front of them. The European Football Union (UEFA) has not yet announced whether the match will be completed.
